Position Description

Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) — a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group — is seeking a Program Director to support the Inclusive Development Hub (ID) in the Bureau for Inclusive Growth, Partnerships, and Innovation (IPI) at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

 

The ID Hub promotes a nondiscriminatory and integrated development approach that ensures that all people, including those who face discrimination and may have limited access to a country’s benefits, legal protections, and/or social participation, can fully participate in and benefit from development processes. Moreover, the ID Hub helps groups across USAID analyze inclusive development issues in their country or sector; supports research on what works in promoting the empowerment and inclusion of marginalized groups and combating stigma and discrimination; implements activities to improve the lives of the most at-risk populations; and provides technical assistance and oversight of activities related to all ID Hub technical areas.

 

To support the goals and mission of the ID Hub, ZemiTek is hiring a Program Director who will be responsible for providing overall management and oversight of all activities and staff under this contract.

 

Location: Washington, DC

Work Schedule: Hybrid (1-2 days in office)

Starting Salary Range: $140,000 -

Clearance: Active secret clearance preferred; ability to obtain and maintain a secret-level clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Track the budget and financial transactions for contracts across all program areas, including all eight Congressionally mandated program areas, ensuring funds are spent in alignment with Congressional earmarks.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the contract and coordinate activities and deliverables.
  • Actively coach and mentor staff under this contract.
  • Ensure compliance with USAID requirements, including but not limited to ADS 300, reporting, official documentation, and waivers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the USAID COR on all matters related to the contract.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) degreee and eighteen (18) years of relevant expereince  or Master’s (MA/MS) degree or higher in a related field and at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in management.
  • Relevant knowledge and work experience.
  • Commitment to advancing inclusive development and applying diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) principles in contract management.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer service to successfully advance programs and/or services.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Active secret clearance preferred; ability to obtain and maintain a secret-level clearance.
