Position Description

Team Credence is a multi-company partnership proudly led by Credence Management Solutions, In concert with our small business partners—ZemiTek (8(a), EDWOSB), Claro KC (MOSB), EnCompass (WO), and Global Emergency Group (SB). This position will be hired by ZemiTek and is a key part of the BHASC coordination efforts.

 

USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (USAID/BHA) is the lead federal coordinator for international disaster assistance. USAID/BHA provides and coordinates U.S. Government (USG) international humanitarian assistance to save lives, alleviate human suffering, and reduce the physical, social, and economic impact of rapid and slow-onset disasters.

 

The Staffing and Performance Coordinator is a part of the BHASC Staffing and Performance and Development (P&D) Team. This Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the BHASC Deputy Program Director (DPD) and Task 1 Lead and subcontract ZemiTek program manager. Support includes managing, tracking, and supporting the development of the full lifecycle of approximately 200+ staff and new recruits/hires in close coordination with other Task Leads, P&D Managers, and the Staffing Team. This includes specific coordination between the BHASC contract and ZemiTek corporate functions. Location: Washington, DC
Work Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid work environment (in-person with the ability to telework).
Starting Salary Range: Full salary range for this position is: $63,000-$70,000 a year with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and education, in addition to budget availability.

Clearance Required: Active secret level clearance

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages and maintains the contract staffing database and dashboard by tracking and entering all staffing modifications and informs the DPD, P&D Advisor, and Staffing Team of updates;
• Supports the recruitment of staff in close coordination with the Recruitment Team and P&D Managers, including assisting with the drafting of position descriptions and facilitating approvals;
• Supports the management and use of recruitments databases and dashboards in coordination with Recruitment Team;
• Responsible for supporting the data collection of staffing and recruitment data for monthly deliverables;
• Facilitates staff onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with corporate HR and Staffing Team;
• Tracks and processes salary increases, promotions, bonuses, transfers, and separations in coordination with P&D Managers, Staffing Team, and corporate HR;
• Liaison between contract and Team Credence corporate departments to provide relevant guidance to the DPD, P&D Advisor, P&D Managers, and Staffing Team;
• Supports time and attendance tracking, travel requirements, and other activities in compliance with company and contract policies.
• Supports the P&D Team and Task 1 Lead to track trends and activities in performance management and competency development for teams and individuals throughout the performance management cycle.
• Supports programs designed to foster employee engagement efforts via team building, survey analysis, communications, recognition, wellbeing, and related events.
• Support the development of materials to support performance management activities and individual learning opportunities (e.g., job aids, newsletters, or other content to support the project).
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelors degree and two (2+) Years  or Masters degree  and zero (0+), or High school diploma and six (6+); should have relevant degree.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance for the duration of your employment.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain several trackers and datasets with little support;
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Power BI;
• Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
o Hybrid work environment (in-person with the ability to telework);
o Lifting in excess of 25 lbs, standing for long periods of time, traveling across base regularly, transporting equipment, etc).
