Position Description

ZemiTek is seeking a qualified Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) to support USARCENT intelligence and information-sharing activities at Shaw AFB.

 

The FDR will support the review and coordination of information for authorized foreign disclosure and releasability. The position requires sound judgment, familiarity with classified and controlled information, and the ability to apply applicable foreign disclosure policies and procedures in an operational military environment.

 

Location: Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina
Position Type: Full-Time
Clearance: Active Secret required; TS/SCI as applicable to assigned duties

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

  • Review information and intelligence products for foreign disclosure and releasability considerations.
  • Support authorized disclosure of information to foreign governments, coalition partners, and other authorized recipients.
  • Apply applicable foreign disclosure policies, procedures, restrictions, and markings.
  • Assist with disclosure determinations and recommendations.
  • Coordinate disclosure matters with Government officials and appropriate security/intelligence personnel.
  • Maintain disclosure documentation, records, and supporting information.
  • Protect classified, controlled, and sensitive information from unauthorized disclosure.
  • Support staff actions, research, analysis, and coordination associated with disclosure requirements.
  • Identify potential disclosure issues and elevate matters requiring Government determination.
  • Support timely information sharing while maintaining applicable security and disclosure controls.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent military intelligence/security training and directly relevant experience may substitute.
  • Three or more years of intelligence or security experience with demonstrated foreign disclosure, releasability, or disclosure-review experience.
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance and be capable of satisfying any additional access requirements associated with assigned duties. TS/SCI eligibility/access may be required as applicable.

Preferred Experience

  • Army, Combatant Command, theater-level intelligence, coalition information-sharing, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or multinational operational experience is preferred.
